Good morning Mike!

I saw your picture on my friend Lana’s page. I’m so happy to see you smiling and honoring Margot’s spirit! Looking forward to reading your book. Grief is definitely a journey. Finding positivity is essential for healing and sharing your journey will help so many.

It’s been over a decade now since we lost our daughter Siobhan. It’s has been a roller coaster of emotions, but as the years go on, leaning into the turns have become less abrasive and we are both enjoying life again and honoring her everyday, as we watch her younger sisters grow up!

Grief gives us a front row seat to the meaning of life and compassion. I like to think that this was Margot’s and Siobhan’s gift to us.

Take care,

Angela

Angela, I remember as if it was yesterday attending the service for your daughter, one of the saddest events of my life. Your take on grief is right one, for those of us fortunate to move gradually away from it are the lucky ones versus the ones that remain stuck in it.

I have come to believe that death is just an illusion, for our love and soul can never perish. Thank-you so much for reaching out to me and if you meet someone that is experiencing grief suggest my book to them, I have been told by many who have suffered loss that it brings much comfort.

Wishing you much peace and love…..mike
